We are a new practice and are adding new providers every week. Please call to find out the latest insurance additions or information on our self-pay options.
We start all new patients with an assessment to discuss the underlying issues and explore possible treatments. After the assessment, your clinician will determine the best services to fit your unique needs and goals.
SAFE & CARING
Our counselors work to build a safe and caring environment for you to share your experiences and struggles. She listens carefully to understand your story, your perspective and whatis getting in the way of you living your best life.
Once you and your counselor have identified what is getting in your way, she will challenge you to change and grow. You will learn new perspectives from a valuable third-party that can help you see blind spots and solutions you might not see on your own.
Kendra has been my therapist for almost a year now and she has done amazing work with me. She helps me with navigating adulthood and helping me rebuild my confidence after my abusive relationship. She is always a delight to work with and the growth I experienced in the first few months working with her is astounding. Many of my friends and family have seen a huge change in me and I can only thank Kendra for all her help through her sessions.
STCS does not provide crisis intervention or crisis counseling. If you are in crisis or have suicidal thoughts, please call the 24/7 National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255) or go to your nearest emergency room.
